St. Bess Guest Policies

Check in/Check out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM.


Check-out time is 11:00 AM.


Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Reservation Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Bookings are only guaranteed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time without additional charges.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive and do not notify the hotel will be charged one night's stay.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-in.

Cancellations made within this period may result in the loss of the deposit.

Room Security Deposit

A $4,000 refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the room is inspected and no damages or missing items are reported.

Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

Pool Policy

The swimming pool is primarily for registered hotel guests. Outside guests may be permitted to use the pool for an additional fee and with management approval.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. Guests who smoke inside the room may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Hotel Property & Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests. Any damages to hotel property may result in additional charges.

Management reserves the right to modify these policies when necessary.
